Terms of Goods and Money Returns

Returns are possible within 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we will no longer be able to offer a return or exchange. The returned item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Certain categories of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, hygiene products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Non-returnable items:
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Personal hygiene and healthcare products
A receipt or other proof of purchase is required for returns. Do not send items directly to the manufacturer. Partial refunds are possible in the following cases:
  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, or other media
  • Items with damage or missing parts not due to our fault
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the money will be transferred to your specified account within a few days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

Haven’t received your refund yet? Check your bank account, contact your bank, or card provider – sometimes refunds take time. If you still haven’t received your refund, contact us via email: hbfotografas@gmail.com.

Sale Items

Only items purchased at full price are refundable. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, email us at hbfotografas@gmail.com and send the item to: Your company address.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, a gift voucher will be issued upon return. If the gift purchaser received the item first, the refund will be sent to them.

Shipping

Return the item to: Your company address. You are responsible for shipping costs. These are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, shipping costs will be deducted from it. Shipping duration depends on your location. If you are returning an expensive item, we recommend using a tracking number or insuring the shipment. We are not responsible if the returned item does not reach us.
